it starts with love.
Tamra Lamese Garland has always led a life of service. Right out of college, she was a Lead Voice, Dance and Musical Theater teacher. She taught over 100 students of all ages to confidently use their voices and bodies on stage and screen. She then took to the stage herself, performing musical theater, singing backup, recording in the studio, and rocking stages across the country, including the biggest festivals like South by Southwest and Coachella. You can hear her on the soundtrack of the Oscar-award-winning movie "Get Out."
While Tamra was singing professionally, she also became a licensed esthetician and permanent makeup artist. During her 10 years in the beauty industry, she was known for her client retention, sales, and training skills.
While living in Denver, Colorado, Tamra found her true passion, personal development. She was a sales manager for a luxury apartment community and on the side was studying and later became a certified life coach.
Now Tamra is living with her husband, two rescue cats and one rescue pup, Zemira, and diving into the world of entrepreneurship. With her husband Jeremy, they own and operate Dozeland, a boutique Creative Marketing Agency, and she helps women as a Self-Love & Confidence Coach.
Tamra believes that the foundation to living your best life begins with self-love. Her mission is to show the world that learning how to truly love yourself will unlock the key to all of your dreams.
